Secret Garden at Lake Travis

This is a private 2 bedroom guest house. There is a large outdoor seating area under oak trees; with a fire pit and bbq. The home has dedicated parking that is covered. We have two dedicated air conditioning systems that keep the unit very cool. The bedding is very comfortable. All the mattress are memory foam. All the amenities you should expect are included in this new guest home. The space Country living minutes from Lakeway and Spicewood. Quiet 2 bedroom guest apartment. It is approximately 750 square feet. Apartment is attached to main home with outside private stair case. There is a private outdoor dining table and fire pit for this unique space. Enjoy plush sleeping with 14" memory foam gel mattresses. Full Kitchen, Tv in the master bedroom, Great wifi. Very clean and new! The Garage apartment is completely private from our main house; however it is attached. There is an outside stair case and entrance. There is sound proof insulation to keep the noise between both spaces private. The garage apartment sits over the garage, so privacy is well maintained. There is also a separate thermostat to control the air or heat in this space. The 2nd bedroom has just enough room for a bunk bed that has a full mattress and a twin. This room is very small- just large enough for the beds . This is not a full bedroom. The door is a privacy curtain. We allow 2 dogs but no cats for allergy reasons. On the property; we also have an outdoor community use concrete ping pong table with seating space. This ping pong table is just north of the RV. It is for anyone staying on our homestead. If you need to host a larger party. We have 3 other short term rentals on this homestead that can sleep up to 20 guests. Guest access You have access to one covered parking space and one uncovered parking space. There is a key code for the front door. This code will be sent to you prior to checking in. Other things to note We allow up to two dogs- Not aggressive, Leash required on guest property. No cats or other animals allowed.
