The Villa is 300m above sea level and at a distance of 10 min. by car from Carpaneto Piacentino (3 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies, dry cleaners, various shops, on Sunday morning the shops are open and one of the most important markets in the area is held). The owner uses a separate apartment with an independent entrance. Proximity to Golf Club, Castles of the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza, cities of art (Milan at 1h 15m, Parma at 30 min, Piacenza at 20min, Bologna, Florence etc.), walks.
