The master bedroom offers queen bed, beautifully renovated ensuite with walk in shower, wall mounted television and access to your first private balcony. The second bedroom offers 2 XL single beds which can be zipped together to form a king and access to another private balcony. The modern, fully renovated kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays including full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooktop, and plenty of bench space. The spacious living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings including a double fold out sofa (perfect for kids), a second two seater couch to fit the whole family and a workspace / desk area for those who need to catchup on some business. Step out onto your private beachfront balcony and enjoy the breeze and stunning ocean views right across to Surfers Paradise! This is the perfect spot to watch from your private beachfront deck the Cooly Rocks On festival, whale watch in winter and the sun set over Surfers Paradise. The apartment also includes: • a separate dining room with access to your fourth private balcony – you can enjoy the stunning views from every angle! • a second full size fully renovated bathroom with walk in shower. • all laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer for your convenience. • unlimited Wi-Fi • secure, underground parking for one car with 2.1m clearance Shops, cafes and restaurants are at your door step along the famous Marine Parade and Strand of Coolangatta. Keys: Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive from the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport. The apartment is strictly no smoking! Linen Guests are reminded the 2 x XL single beds can be zipped together to make a King Bed. Please keep your preferred bedding configuration in mind when arranging your linen Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen - Linen including bath towels are provided and beds have been made up in preparation for your stay (for applicable properties, trundle & sofa beds will not be made up and linen will be left at the property if required) Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
