Each additional guest incurs $50/person/night regularly and $100/person/night for Holidays: Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July4th/ Invasion, FI Dance Festival, Pines Party, Labor Day. Added guest adjustments will be sent for these specific date ranges. This classic Pines home is perched high on the dunes and offers slight ocean views. Enjoy cool breezes, incredible sunlight, multiple decks with various lounging options and a Weber BBQ. Inside is an open-concept kitchen living dining area. The kitchen has all full sized appliances and the dining table can seat 8 comfortably. This listing is for 1 bedroom, RM #5. RM #5 is located on the lower level, under the kitchen. It has glass sliders on 3 sides, a private entrance separate from the main house and is in close proximity to laundry, outdoor shower, and the second fridge. There are 2 twin beds which may be combined to make 1 King bed. All of our bedrooms now feature ceiling fans and AC! There are two full bathrooms upstairs., Free Laundry and an Outdoor Shower are on the lower level. Coolers, Beach Chairs, and Umbrellas are available for guest use. This house is shared and thus you are likely to meet new people and make new friends. Jeffrey, Travles, and Brent along with his pup, Radar, are your house managers and will be available should anything come up during your stay. They live nearby and will pop in throughout the day to do laundry and some general tidying. We are pet friendly here, however your pets must be pre-approved and be non-aggressive towards unfamiliar people or other animals. We trust you to self-certify this, however if noise, nuisance, health or safety issues arise due to your pet you will be asked to leave and forfeit the balance of your reservation. We have one small and one large crate available for you to use if need-be. Pets must be included on your reservation and their $50 fee paid in advance. There may be upwards of 10+ people sharing this house at any given time so please be mindful of the food you bring out. Generally its best to bring a few things you love and then buy the rest as-needed from the Pantry. Coffee is provided free of charge. Sharing of condiments is encouraged, but if you want Surf & Turf you better bring your own! Coffee is provided free of charge as are kitchen basics and other practical condiments that are kept from previous renters. Guests have access to all the common areas of the house. Jeffrey, Travles, and Brent live off-site but nearby. We may pop in throughout the day to run laundry, take out trash, and do general tidying up in the common areas. Jeffrey is always available by txt should you need anything. Pre-Memorial Day and Post-Labor Day the rates are significantly less than our in-season rates as these time periods are off-season and there is often maintenance and repair work being done on/in/around the house. The rates are discounted to reflect the possibility your stay may be minimally impacted by the necessary work going on. Regardless we generally try to avoid any disruptions on weekends and we do our best to minimize any impact this work may have on guests during the week.
