Between courtyard and river L’Atelier is a chromatic experience in beige tones. The space Wake up facing the river, bathed in light, in a former workshop that opens entirely onto nature. Here, everything is designed for light and calm. From the entrance, your gaze sweeps across the studio to the river. The living room, bathed in natural light, opens onto a double bedroom with a direct view of the Anglin. In the morning, you wake up facing the water, in a gentle and silent atmosphere. The day passes at the pace of the river, between relaxation, swimming, and moments of tranquility. At the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, the property saw the flora of its park and meadows evolve towards the planting of multiple honey-producing species. The buildings also flourished: a honey house with its sawmill, several storage rooms for logs and machine tools, and a honey extraction area. With its large bay windows overlooking the Anglin, this building was a dream to transform into a complex of three accommodations. Two large lofts: one on the garden side, ending in a small traditional 16th-century cob house with a terrace overlooking the Anglin, and the other on the courtyard side with direct access to the river. Between the two lofts, the workshop where the beehives were built has been converted into a single-story studio framed by bay windows between the courtyard and the river. The Atelier is a large 40m² studio on the ground floor. The living room is completely open plan, allowing light to flood into a double bedroom with a walk-in shower overlooking the river. This studio is rented with beds made and towels and table linen provided for 2 adults. The studio also has a fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, and a small outdoor terrace. The manor's private pool is located 50m away and is accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please note that the towels provided in your accommodation are bath towels and should not be used for the pool. If necessary, we can lend you pool towels on request. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. The studio is not equipped to accommodate children.
