Contemporary suite in rustic church

Fully private, light, spacious, 900 sf open plan suite: fireplace, central heat, a/c, full kitchen with all the amenities, work desk, 150 Mbps wifi. French doors open on to a shaded 10’x16’ deck which overlooks the garden. 48" flat screen for streaming from your device. The 14 day stay limit may be extended/renewed. The space Built in 1905, the church suffered through decades of neglect before we purchased it in 2011. We are doing all renovation work ourselves and are pleased to be breathing new life into a beautiful, historic structure that would otherwise have succumbed to either a wrecking ball or the elements. Please come and enjoy. Guest access Guests have full access to the private suite, to the deck and the garden. We live on site but are happy to show other areas of the church upon request. Other things to note We have a cat and a dog but have successfully hosted several pet-allergic guests in the past. The animals do not have access to your space but please let us know if this is an issue for you. We will double vacuum and remove the two area rugs from the space. This has been a successful spring/summer/early fall strategy in the past BUT PLEASE NOTE, IT MAY NOT SUCCEED IN THE COLDER MONTHS. Your space is isolated from the rest of the building in the warmer months - the ac only circulates air from your space. The central heating system, though, which is necessary in the colder months, will cause air from your space to intermix with air from other parts of the building.
