The space This house is a "back house" located behind the primary house on Boulder street. Guests will access the home via the alley in rear on Fickett St between Boulder and Folsom. The neighborhood can seem a little rough around the edges upon arrival, but is very charming once you get acquainted. You may occasionally hear a woman yelling "tamales" very loudly around noon each day. We recommend you find her and get a tamale, they are delicious. Guests will enter via the back gate in the alley and have access to the three tandem parking spaces. Two on the left side of carport and one on the gravel space behind the house. Private entrance is at the gate at right side of carport, and guests will have full private use of the entire house and patio between the two houses. The alley is located off Fickett which intersects Boulder St. Google Maps will automatically direct you the alley entrance using the Boulder St address so ensure your driver is using that app specifically. You will have access to three tandem parking spaces. Two on the left side of carport/drive and one on the perpendicular gravel space behind the house. Private gated entrance is to the right, and guests will have full private use of the entire house and patio between the two houses. Other things to note This neighborhood also seems to have a fascination with fireworks. Don't be alarmed if you hear them popping off around sunset during the summer months.
