This studio has a lofted full size bed with great views and comes with kitchenette and unique European foldaway style bathroom. There are 4 studio styles, all with slightly different decor and views for each. We cannot guarantee a particular style, but welcome requests on a first come, first served basis. The space This 3 level micro loft studio has a short ladder to the lofted full size bed. The unit has great views and a small kitchenette. The Abpopa Hillcrest is a unique space featuring micro-loft suites in the heart of San Diego. Conveniently located within walking of many shops, eats, and a short distance from Balboa Park and Downtown. Each room has an individual style with a modern feel. The building features an open air lobby to enjoy a retail shop with vinyl records and vintage clothing. Restaurant on site! There are about 197 restaurants, bars and coffee shops in Hillcrest. People in Hillcrest can walk to an average of 13 restaurants, bars and coffee shops in 5 minutes. Guest access Check-in and check out is simple and automated; on day of arrival, you will receive a text message with instructions. Unfortunately due to high demand, turnover, and our standard of cleanliness, early check-ins are not easily accommodated. Elevator and Gate access — An elevator and gate code will be required to enter the building and provided to you the day of check-in. Ladders — The lofts are accessible by an indoor ladder and is not recommended for young children. Parking - Due to limited spaces, parking has an additional fee of $25/night. Please contact for questions or call us as your are arriving. Due to limited parking, we cannot pre-reserve or guarantee spaces. There are no in/out privileges at this time. No Smoking - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. An additional cleaning fee of $250 may be charged for violation.
