Queen-sized bed with an open closet and kids' space adjacent. Fantastic mountain views from the large window ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There’s a bathroom on each of the three floors to accommodate your group. The main floor bathroom has a walk-in shower and is located directly off the kitchen and near the bedroom. The loft bathroom features a tub/shower combo, an expansive vanity, and plenty of soft towels. The ground-floor bathroom boasts a steamy shower and is where you'll find the laundry closet. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The well-stocked kitchen will make you look forward to the dining experience with its generous counter space, premium stainless steel appliances, and accessible arrangement. An oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking basics are all provided to kickstart the process. All major appliances are new! The open kitchen overlooks the living room and dining room, so those in the kitchen can still chat with friends and family members in other areas of the home. The round dining table has eight chairs and is surrounded by windows. There is additional dining space in the game room and outdoors. Enjoy breakfast before a fun-filled day in Gatlinburg, or play board games on a rainy day. For those mixing business with pleasure, the comfortable dining room table is a perfect place to prop up your laptop, connect to the WiFi, and get some work done with a view. Enjoy lunch as a family on the table and chairs on the second-floor balcony. Or fire up the (charcoal) grill and serve a BBQ dinner with seasonal views of the Smokies. At the end of a long day, gather around the fire pit, roast s'mores, count stars, play your favorite music, and take in the natural beauty at sundown. 🐶 PET POLICY: We welcome up to 2 DOGS (no cats) for a $ 225 fee. Before booking, guests must notify the host to let us know their age and breed. We cannot allow puppies or untrained pets. All dogs must be house-trained. Please bring any supplies your dog will need to feel comfortable in the cabin. *There is no fence; guests are expected to be with their pets at all times indoors and outdoors* 🚩Guests bringing dogs agree to the following rules: 1. No dogs on beds (including sofabed) or in kids' play tent 2. Dogs must be crated when/if left alone 3. Guests will be responsible for cleaning up pet waste. If any pet waste is left in or outside the cabin, the Guest agrees to pay an additional fee as determined by the cleaning crew. 4. You'll be given a door code to access the door lock on the front door (or the ground floor) and can park four cars on the property. Enjoy the amenities, including a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and the kid’s play area in the loft. From here, you're just minutes to local grocery stores, restaurants, retail shops, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park entrance. Other things to note 1. Bedrooms: There are 2 private bedrooms. One bedroom on each floor. The loft bedroom is semi-private. There is also an open loft bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor in the game room 2. Water supply is from a well. Bottled water is recommended. We suggest you pick up water and ice on the way in. Please conserve water (do not let the tap run, overload the washing machine, or take multiple showers at once) 3. 8 person maximum.. includes children 4. Cameras are outside, facing - the main entrance and driveway 5. Renter must be at least 18 years old to book and remain during the stay. 6. This is a cabin in the woods.. do not try to attract animals. Clean up any food on the deck—especially the grill and fire pit area. You may see a bug or three:) But we do our best to control critters with regular pest control. 7. QR code on the fireplace will direct you to the Guidebook. Please refer to it during your stay 8.
