The space This modern newly remodeled 3-storey house with a 2-car garage and a spa, is designed as a vacation space for families and friends to create lifelong memories when they are traveling through the Willamette Valley, visiting family at the University of Oregon, celebrating reunions or enjoying an Oregon Ducks game. The best feature of this house is its open feel, modern design, and the amazing panoramic sunset views of the city that can be enjoyed from the living and dining area and the master bedroom. The main entrance is located on the top level. This opens into a bright modern living space with large windows, a sitting area, decorative fireplace, dining area, bar counter and kitchen. There is a 50-inch TV over the decorative fireplace. There is a large couch that seats the whole family or group in the living area. There are 4 lounge chairs facing large panoramic windows that overlook the University of Oregon where the group can enjoy conversations, a beverage and take in the views of the Willamette River and Autzen Stadium. The living area unfolds into the dining area and large kitchen with modern appliances. The long dining table comfortably seats 8 guests. There are 4 additional bar seats at the kitchen island. There is a half bathroom on the top level for convenience. There is a small outdoor patio with a grill where one can step outside for a breath of fresh air. The second level has 3 comfortable bedrooms, and a cozy common seating area. There is also an office counter space, laundry area with washer and dryer and an outdoor patio. The master bedroom is large with a king size bed, decorative fireplace, sitting area, 50 inch TV, and ensuite master bathroom. One can enjoy sunset views from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed, and the third bedroom has two queen beds. There is a shared full bathroom just outside of these two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own ductless AC units. The bottom level has a private spa with a sauna and massage table, full bathroom facilities including twin showers. Guest access Guests will be provided a key code to access the house about 2 weeks prior to arrival. Guests have full access to the entire top and second levels of the house with the living and dining areas, kitchen 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the garage, as well as the spa on the 3rd (bottom) level of the house. Other things to note The house is located on a hill overlooking the University of Oregon campus and Willamette River, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. Smoking and recreational drug use to not allowed on the property. Loud parties are not allowed on the property.
