On the ground floor: - Large, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) opening onto the living room and the exterior. - Large 70 m² dining/living room with a traditional fireplace, stove, and three sofas. - Bedroom 1 (16 m²): 1 double bed (140x190 cm) - Bathroom with shower and double sinks. - Separate toilet. - Laundry room with freezer and washing machine. Upstairs: - Bedroom 2 (18 m²): 1 double bed (160x190 cm) - Bedroom 3 (16 m²): 2 single beds (90x200 cm) - Bedroom 4 (14 m²): 1 double bed (140x190 cm) - Large games room of over 50 m² with three sofas. - Bathroom with shower and double sinks. Multimedia equipment: Large LCD television, DVD player, Hi-Fi system The property includes a 4-hectare park (plus 3 hectares of woodland), including a wooded area, a large swimming pool (12x6m), a fishing pond, and an animal enclosure. All amenities are about a 15-minute drive away, and several good restaurants within a few kilometers, including one with a Michelin-starred restaurant. A guide with local recommendations and activities is available in the cottage and upon request after booking. The standard price includes: - Accommodation for a group of up to 8 people - Heating (from October 15 to May 15) The price does not include: - Firewood for the fireplace or stove - Linens (winter and summer duvets are available for each bed (please bring a flat sheet in summer and a duvet cover in winter, and a fitted sheet and pillowcases for each bed used) - Access to the spa, which must be reserved on site Guest access A private area of the gîte has been created in front of it. Guests can also enjoy the property's large grounds, the fishing pond, and the large outdoor swimming pool (12x6m), around which relaxation areas have been created (the pool is open weather permitting, but generally from late May to early October). This large pool is shared with a second gîte (sleeps 2) located on the other side of the property (not overlooked). It is open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Guests can also visit the pygmy goats in a large 1-hectare park on the property. Other things to note We ask our tenants to maintain the peace and quiet of the property and to respect the opening hours of the shared swimming pool and private areas. Access to the property is limited to the tenants specified in the contract. Pets are not allowed. Linens are not provided but can be rented on site subject to availability.
