This well laid out studio has everything you need for a wonderful stay in the area very central and close to all the shops and restaurants of the Romantic Zone. New modern The space Old world Mexican charm greets you at Safari 10, as this charming studio space has everything you need! Red tile floors and bright white walls keep the place cool and clean looking. Breezy with nice flow through breezes from the south and the north, the space features a large patio wall of windows to the south and the north end has large windows over the queen bed. Brand New AC will keep you cool during your stay. A comfortable new queen bed will grant a great nights sleep after your days in the sun, and high speed wifi will keep you well connected during your stay. A 55" Flatscreen Smart TV with apps like Netflix and Prime will allow for movie nights in. Guest access In addition to total access to the condo, guests have access to complementary building laundry services in the rooftop laundry room, a well appointed gym with cardio, free weights and a small selection of machines. 24 Security at the property. Guest do have access to a street side parking spot assigned to our condo. Other things to note ** The pinpoint address location can be difficult to find on maps. When telling your Taxi or Uber your destination please tell them the name of the property 'Selva Romantica'. They will then know where to go. *This owner is not able to accept pets at their suite. Thank you for your understanding. **Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations.
