Newly remodeled cozy and comfortable room with a personal bathroom, self-controlled heating and off street parking in a home within 10 min to the city, mall and suburbs. During your stay I am in and out but happy to answer any questions. There is also a guest book available in the room with information on great places to eat and visit. Other things to note I have a dog but she doesn't enter the private room. I also have a tankless water heater so you will never run out of hot water. Just need to let it run for 1-2 minutes. If it isn't working for some reason just message me. Pipes are older so you can only flush the toilet paper provided. There's also a bidet. Guest is responsible for other items disposed that clog the main line - ex. wipes, feminine products, condoms, hair, food etc
