CAN ZOILO is a magnificent village house from before the 18th century, which was restored in 2015 and is located in the middle of the walled enclosure of the medieval center of Pals (Baix Empordà). It is located a few meters from the most emblematic places of the medieval center: Torre de les Hores, Church of Sant Pere, Plaça Major. In an unbeatable environment, next to the best beaches of the Costa Brava, golf courses and natural parks. It's ideal for families, couples, and nature lovers. The space It is a charming house dating from the 18th century, strategically located among the main elements of interest of the Gothic enclosure of Pals. It was completely restored in 2015, maintaining its original character in order to preserve its identity. It can accommodate 6 people. It has three exterior facades facing south, west and north that provide great ventilation. It is a single-story house with a ground floor where we find a very cozy patio. Part of the courtyard is covered by a metal structure where a lemon tree rests that provides color and shade. In addition, it is ideal for eating as there is a table with chairs and lighting that allows you to use it both during the day and at night. It communicates with a small rear terrace overlooking Dr. Oliva, it is a very quiet and relaxing area. Access to the interior of the house is via stairs as it is located on the first floor. Before entering, we find a terrace that allows us to observe the wonderful views of the old town. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs and an outdoor window from which you'll have direct views of the Gothic Quarter. The living room - a hall with a TV and two sofas for reading, watching TV and spending time, connects to the three bedrooms of the house. Bedroom 1 with double bed and bathroom with shower inside the room, bedroom 2 with two single beds and bathroom with shower inside the room, and bedroom 3 with two single beds with bathroom and shower next to the room. From bedrooms 2 and 3, you can access a south-facing terrace/solarium with two lounge chairs to rest. Here you'll also find an auxiliary building with a washing machine and where you can hang clothes. It has air conditioning and heating appliances distributed in different rooms of the house.
