And if golf is your passion, don't forget to pack your clubs and tee off at Faulkwood Golf Course, just a stone's throw away. Both properties feature a fire pit, with wood available on the rack behind the green shed (though it may run out). The convenience of Lake Chemung Market nearby ensures you can easily replenish your wood supply if needed. Rest easy with accommodations for up to 4-5 people, including a California king mattress in a private bedroom, a queen air mattress, and a couch equipped with two recliners (please note, the couch is not a pull-out). Should you require an extra air mattress, don't hesitate to ask. Families with little ones will appreciate our thoughtful amenities, including 2 kid cots, kid-friendly silverware, plates, and cups. Plus, there's a gated backyard with a swing set with a slide for hours of fun. For our winter guests, worry not about snowfall. We provide snow removal and salting services when snow totals exceed 1 inch. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Guest access Guests will truly feel at home renting the entire house and having access to use both properties and all they have to offer. Guest will have access to the entire home, the private fenced in backyard, and the adjacent lake property that comes with the following; extra parking with privacy trees, a hangout area for yard games, a firepit and seating area and last but certainly not least the dock that allows you to fully enjoy what Lake Chemung has to offer. Additionally Guest can rent kayaks and paddle boards during their stay. Life jackets provided. *Kayak Rentals: $10 per day *Paddle board: $10 per day Other things to note Enjoy your time soaking up the sun! Kayak and Paddle board rental is available year round unless the lake is frozen. **Host can park one car on lake lot if needed. FYI- Lawn Maintence is done during the week usually on Mondays. We live roughly a mile down the road so if you need assistance we ask that you reach out to us directly and we will do whatever we can to help and / or accommodate you.
