The home is located just over a mile from Town Square, the hub and heart of Sonoma. The location is perfect! We have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 6 beds for 10 people. Graciously landscaped grounds with swimming pool, built-in hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ and dinning. The home and experience is entirely hosted by Leigh and communication is with her not Mei:) The space Even though it is just a 5 minute straight drive to Sonoma Square, our home will make you feel like you are in the country. Located down a private lane, the location is quiet, peaceful and perfect! Gorgeous backyard oasis with swimming pool. So many place for your guests to gather and yet lots of spots that one can retreat to. The house is on the Eastside of Sonoma, a 5 minute walk to Sonoma's Best, an adorable wine/sandwhich/gift shop. Being on the Eastside you are a quick 15 minutes to downtown Napa, not that you'd ever need to leave Sonoma. First Floor: Grand Room: Undoubtedly you’ll spend a lot of your time in the Grand Room which includes, a breakfast nook, living area with comfy seating, large mounted Smart TV, Gas/Wood Fireplace, and a well stocked kitchen with new Kitchen Aid appliances. Sliding doors take you to the backyard oasis. Watch a movie, make a meal, play games and hang out with your guests comfortably in the heart of the house. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, pot, pans and other cooking needs. A walk in pantry to store your supplies and clearly marked places where to find things. Downstairs Bedroom: Has a Queen bed and is right next to the downstairs bathroom. First Floor Bath: Next to the only downstairs bedroom. Full bath with stand up shower. Stocked with Essential Oil’s bath products. Living Room: This super cozy living room has an easy push button gas fireplace that creates the perfect ambiance, to catch up with a glass of wine, escape with a book or watch a movie on the TV. The house has lots of space that you can be together and escape away to. Dining Room: Dedicated Dining room sits 8 and is a perfect space to celebrate with meals and each other. Second Floor: Primary Bedroom: Is located on the second floor. Has an ensuite bathroom with whirlpool tub, and large shower, stocked with Essential Oil’s bath products.. There is a King size bed, large Smart TV, and large walk in closet. Bedroom #2: Has a King size bed, mounted flatscreen TV, with Roku for all of your apps, have basic cable with Xfinity app included. We pride ourselves on ALL of our beds being very comfortable. Bedroom #3 aka “Kids Room”: Has a Queen bed and a bunk bed can sleep a total of 4 people. Bright & Cheery. Hall Bathroom- Full bath stocked with Essential Oil’s bath products. Hair dryer, etc. Laundry Room: Spacious laundry room with iron, steam iron, ironing board and ample counter space. Outdoors: Large swimming pool with immersed hot tub. Pool can be heated for an additional $150 a night. The hot tub is at no cost to heat. There is a BBQ and outdoor dinning table as well as a lounge area near the pool. On the other side of the yard is a fun gazebo. You’ll long remember this ½ acre graciously landscaped outdoor oasis. Heating the pool is a 2 night minimum. Must be arranged for at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Days must be consecutive. Cost is $150 per a day. Guest access You'll have access to teh entire property. Other things to note TOT certificate: 2523N The Renter(s) and the Occupants listed in any booking on Airbnb are the only person(s) permitted to occupy the Vacation Rental Premises. All occupants who will be occupying the premises during the entire reservation period are listed in the reservation and may not change without the Owner/Agent’s permission. The home is not baby-proofed or child-proofed. There is one flight of stairs. All children must be under direct adult supervision at all times. The maximum number of occupants permitted under any reservation is 10 person(s). Rental rates are based upon the number of the total number of guests staying overnight at the Vacation Rental Premises. If it is determined by the Owner/Agent that the number of overnight guests exceeds those listed under this agreement, Renter understands that a forfeiture of the security deposit as well as additional fees may be charged to the Renter as permitted by law. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the premises. No street parking. There is a strict noise ordinance in Sonoma. No music at ANYTIME of the day. And at all times of the day outdoor noise is NOT to exceed 60 decibels. We are good neighbors and guests who do not adhere to the Sonoma Ordinance can be asked to leave and or lose their security deposit. This is NOT a party house. The pool is serviced once a week. All chemicals are checked and balanced. The pool is an amenity that guests accept all responsibility of themselves when using. Owner is not responsible for any injuries that may occur by guests renting the pool. Any other amenities offered such as bikes, pool toys, ping pong table, etc. that are used by the guests are the guests responsibility for any injury/illness occurred from using.
