The “Olive” house is on two level, the ground floor and the independent lower ground floor. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, one second bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the lower ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep one person, a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The space Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. Kea is a hidden gem in the Cycladic Islands and has its own unique style. As there are very few hotels on the island, private houses are rented out, most or all of them made of local stone. The island has 45 beaches, most of them accessible by boat. Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation. There are 3 houses on a 6,000sq meters plot of land, 50 meters from the sea in the area of Otzia. Outside there is a large veranda with a shaded dining and seating area, where guests can sit and have a glass of wine whilst enjoying the view.
