The host lives in a separate part of the house/hotel, which guarantees your privacy while offering customized services: ✨ Breakfast ✨ Barbecue evenings by the pool ✨ Tour guiding and local tips ✨ Food purchase before arrival ✨ Help with booking activities (boat trips, wine tasting, golf, cycling) During July and August, we live there ourselves and with limited service. The space The house is about 25 minutes by car from Faro airport, 900 meters from the sea at Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and 9 km from Tavira, a picturesque town with origins from the 13th century. The stone terrace with a large pool stretches to the south, and in the garden there is space for lunches and dinners outdoors, with a barbecue, fish pond and fountain. Entrance floor: 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge and living room with terrace access. Upper floor: 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms and air-conditioning. All bedrooms have a bar cabinet. Pool: 12 x 4.5 m (depth 1.3-2.2 m) with 20 sun loungers, free bath towels and regular cleaning. Jacuzzi: Available on the property and can be booked during October-May for an extra fee. Facilities: Wireless internet, TV with game console, laundry room. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Possibility to hire your own chef. Proximity: 50 meters to local bar and more restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores in Fuseta (2 km) and larger shopping in Tavira/Olhão. Ria Formosa: 900 m to the sea, with boat connections to sandy beaches.
