The attic apartment, adapted in 2020, is located in the best residential area in Premantura - in the first row to the sea overlooking the upstream islands. Premantura is known for its Kamenjak Nature Park with over 30 different, magnificent bays and incomparable flora and fauna. The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building on the edge of the forest. Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The space The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the apartment building with a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the islands in front. The newly adapted attic apartment has one bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with high ceilings which is furnished with Indian wooden furniture. All windows in the apartment have mosquito nets. The hallway leads to the bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The living room with probably the most beautiful view in Premantura includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer combination, stove, ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, etc. In the living room, there is a sofa bed (140 cm) next to the modern dining area. Since the attic was expanded in the course of the adaptation, there are very high ceilings and a great sense of space. On the atrium, which is accessible by stairs, there are 2 more single beds, which are well suited for children (80 x 200). The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (which cools/heats the whole apartment) and radio/CD/USB.
