The house is located in the city center, at the foot of the castle, in a quiet area, close to all amenities you will easily find parking on the street or nearby (free location) The space Tuffeau house, typical of the Saumur region, that can accommodate 6 people. It has been fully renovated and has a pretty sunny courtyard. Its tuffeau cellar can accommodate bicycles. The 60 m2 house combines the advantages of urban life (shops, restaurants, theater, tourist office...) and the calm of its street. Ideally located, you can do anything on foot. "L'escapade" is composed of: - On the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, Tasimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle...), dining area.
