Our apartment is 200 meters from the beach and is a great solution for families with children. Equipped with air conditioning, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living area with kitchen, dining/living room with a comfortable sofa bed and 1 panoramic terrace. It is in the center of the village but in a quiet area, close to a beautiful public garden where there are ancient olive trees and games for children. There are several shops, a pharmacy and restaurants nearby. The space The house is distributed over two floors, the sleeping area with the bedrooms (sleeps 5) and the bathroom are on the lower floor and on the second floor are the kitchen, a second bathroom and the living/dining room with a sofa bed. The dining room overlooks the panoramic terrace that allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and is enjoyable in every season. On the terrace, there is a small barbecue, flowers and aromatic herbs. Adjacent to this apartment is another small property of ours that can accommodate other family/friends ensuring maximum privacy. The cleaning cost includes certified OZONE SANITATION by the cleaning company. Guest access The apartment is at the guests' complete disposal. We also have a shared garage for motorcycles and bicycles. Other things to note The second-floor terrace is accessible at any time of day and any time of year. The second floor veranda is convenient for leaving beach gear, hanging beach towels and clothes. The house is professionally bio-sanitized with ozone by a cleaning company.
