With us, you are not "greeted" by a lockbox... We welcome you in person. For your check-in, we'll text and call each other, and that's it: we'll welcome you with a smile. And if you arrive in Le Croisic by train, we'll come to meet you at the station! The space - The location is unique: very close to downtown and on the edge of the wild coast. Less than 300m away when exiting on the right, the 1st restaurants on the docks, the harbor, then the historic center, the market square and good restaurants. 300 m away, turn left and you will find a children's playground, Saint Goustan beach, and the coastal path for walks and jogging. Everything is within easy reach. - Free street parking, in front of the house or nearby. Bicycle range at your disposal if necessary. - In the accommodation, the natural light is wonderful, especially in the large kitchen where we ate our meals. In the garden, you will have everything you need for grilling, meals, and relaxing outdoors: barbecue, tables and chairs, deckchairs... - The furnishings and decor are well-maintained, and the mattresses are new and of good quality. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower. Important note: Our accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access We will be able to greet you in person after 5pm. We will contact you before your stay to plan your arrival in the best possible way. If you arrive by train, please let me know. Whenever possible, we will come to welcome you at the Gare du Croisic or at least to pick up your luggage there. Other things to note To offer you the most attractive price for your stay, cleaning and linens are not included. But we can provide them: We offer the services of a cleaning lady on departure on request, for 55 euros (cleaning & disinfection). We can also provide bed linen sets at a flat rate of €20 per bed. The double bed is 160 x 200 with a 220 x 240 duvet; single beds are 90 x 200. Towel kit (one large and one small towel plus a glove): €5/person. I would like to point out that we do not make any money on these services. We simply apply the rates of the cleaning lady and the dry cleaner. The indicated rate therefore corresponds only to the supply of sheets (beds not made on arrival). We will do everything for your comfort, you will be comfortable with us!
