The space is a duplex and it shared a yard with the back unit but the yard is exclusively yours to use. - The bedroom has a premium memory foam Queen mattress while the living room sofa coverts to a full-sized bed. - There is a fire TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. - The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with separate vanity area. - The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffee pot with coffee included. - The entire home has a whole home water filtration system. - The living area sofa is roomy enough for everyone to sit and enjoy watching the large-screen cable TV. - There is a patio seating area with new modern wood fencing and a barbecue right outside to grill your dinner while taking in peek ocean/sunset views. - Our beach closet includes chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, soft-top longboard, cooler, beach toys, towels, a volleyball and 2 different wagons to use. Guest access You will have total access to the entire unit. The fully fenced front yard is perfect for small children and family to enjoy! There are boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a wagon to pull it all when you walk down the hill for a relaxing day at the beach. There's also a dedicated off-street parking spot for one car. Bring your suitcase, buy some groceries and you are all set to enjoy a weekend at the beach!
