The comfortable and high-quality attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house in Ratingen-Hösel. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Hösel S-Bahn stop with direct connections to Essen, Düsseldorf and Cologne. The apartment is accessed via a separate staircase. We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable stay. The kitchen is therefore fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We also have a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle available. The TV has cable reception with German TV. The WiFi network can be used free of charge during the stay. For office work, there is a secretary in the living room who serves as a desk. In the bathroom there is a bathtub in which you can also shower. Even at higher temperatures in summer you can sleep well thanks to the air conditioning. Hösel is surrounded by forests and offers numerous leisure activities, from mountain biking and hiking to golf, tennis and water sports on nearby Lake Baldeney. In addition, you can get to the A52 and A3 very quickly and can reach Düsseldorf, Essen and Cologne directly with the S-Bahn line S6, which is only 5 minutes away by foot.
