Awesome sea views with pool and WI FI Connexion

Our house is located in a residential area with little occupation, making it an idyllic place to spend a few days off. However, this past year there are some new constructions on our street and on the parcel next to ours, which may cause some inconvenience during working days and hours. The space Six bedrooms villa, including a suite with private terrace and two bedrooms with double bed. Perfect for 2-3 families, with capacity for 9 people. It has a large kitchen, with barbecue in the garden, two large rooms with direct access to the terrace. The terrace is equipped with designer furniture to enjoy the spectacular sea view. The villa has a private outdoor pool. From the villa you can descend the cliff by a public road and come to a small rocky beach. Nearby are the beaches of El Toro, Las Leonas and the beaches of Santa Ponsa and Magalluf, all within 10 minutes drive. The center of Santa Ponsa, full of bars and restaurants is a 5 min drive or 10 min by bus, which has a stop 300 meters from the house. In the house you will find information about taxi services in the area. The Magalluf's nightclubs and restaurants are 10 mn by car, and the city of Palma at 20 mn by car or an hour by bus. In the area you can enjoy golf, horseback riding, scuba diving, tennis, water sports, shopping, cultural visits. You will find a detailed guide in the house with all the activities that may be performed during your stay in Mallorca. Our villa is an excellent choice for relaxing after a day full of activities in Mallorca, away from the noise and congestion of the tourist centers but perfectly connected with them. If you like to watch the sea, this is your option! Guest access The entire house is available to our guests, they will not share it with anyone. We only keep the garage closed, where we keep our personal belongings. Other things to note The house has an alarm system connected to a central. The house does not have air conditioning, however, ceiling fans have been installed to increase comfort. The sea breeze refreshes the house practically every day of the summer.
