Ideally located in the best part of the village comfortable house with amazing views to the wineyards, the hils, the beach and the meditteranean sea from the outside terrasse, the kitchen and the bedrooms. Spacious living room with separated kitchen and toilets on the ground floor while the first floor offers 3 air conditioned bedrooms (2 with Queens bed and 1 with 4 single beds) and a bathroom. 5 minutes walk from train station and 1€ bus stop from Perpignan (PGF) Optional linen and cleaning. The space Very confortable living room with lot of light and great views directly from the couch on the vigne, the hils and the sea. The outside area is equipped with comfortable chairs where you can chill out watching the montains of the sea depending on your mood. The beaches are 5 min walking distance from the house, so does the city centre (although 10 min on the way back as you are going up hill through the old fisherman part of the village). Guest access You have access to the entire house, the terasse, the garage and a little courtyard where to dry your gears Other things to note Cleaning of the house is not included by default but can be included upon request for 50€. For short stay (3days or less) a 10€ discount applies. If you do not select this option you will need to clean the house before your departure. Material is at disposition in the house. We ask AirBnB to take a deposit of 200€ before your arrival. This deposit will be retained if the cleaning is not done or if something is broken. By default arrival is autonomous with a key locker and a visio call at your arrival to give you a tour and explain it all (WiFi is available outside of the house). However our AirBnB sitter can welcome you at your arrival and wish you a good trip at your departure. Just let us know what is your preferrence. This service is charge 15€ for the arrival and 15€ for the departure. Linen can be rented for 15€ per person (bed linen, towels and tea towels). If you need somethign specific let us know we will find a solution.
