Our home is an exquisitely designed single story open floor plan with 7 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, spacious quarters. Welcome to your dream vacation home in Orlando. This brand-new Windsor Island Resort rental home has everything you need and want for an unforgettable vacation. There is plenty of living space and several spacious bedrooms. The home also offers several extra conveniences such as complimentary WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and a washer and dryer. The Space Dine al fresco at the patio table on the home’s wrap-around lanai or enjoy some downtime in the lounge area. You can enjoy some R&R in the space while the kids splash around in the pool. This Windsor Island Resort rental home has a cosmopolitan vibe. The bright white living room has contemporary furniture, an artsy accent wall, and a flat-screen 75-inch TV. The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the open family room and dining room. The kitchen features plenty of prep space on the granite counters, stainless appliances, and a large center island that seats four. Artistic-style chairs surround the glass-top dining table that seats eight comfortably. The second living room located in the upstairs loft area provides another gathering spot with a sectional couch and another flat-screen TV. Have a ball in the soccer-themed game room boasting a foosball and gaming area with soccer ball seats. The downstairs bedroom is a king bedroom with an en-suite private bathroom. Upstairs when you walk to the right there is a king-bedroom en-suite with a private bathroom and a queen-bedroom en-suite with a private bathroom. The middle bedrooms are one queen bedroom and another bedroom with two twin beds. These two rooms share a hallway bathroom. The last two bedrooms are both two twin bedrooms each with two twin beds in each room also sharing a hallway bathroom. Guest Access This home is self-check-in. There is no "lobby" or anyone to greet you. Guests receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. We live around the area and are available whenever needed. You may call or text us if you have any issues. Other Things to Note Our private pool can be heated upon request for $45 a day and has to be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this before your arrival. It does take up to 24 to 48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested before your arrival. Interaction with Guests All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in, this information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email. The Neighborhood Popular with guests and residents, the prestigious Windsor Island Resort is a 15-minute drive from Walt Disney World and all the other great Orlando attractions. The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport at 29 miles away. A brand new Publix supermarket is less than five minutes away. Pool and spa are same water source so in order to heat one they must both be heated. Pool heating is $45 a day as has to be on for the duration of your stay. This must be pre arranged at least 72 hours before check in. Pool heating fee is nonrefundable and once the temperature is set it cannot be readjusted. We do not heat pools during warmer months as daily temperatures are high making it dangerous for those in the water. High chair and pack and play available upon request. Pack and play sheets not included. This is a self-catering home, meaning that you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For convenience, we do provide complimentary supply of toiletries for the first day.
