Efficiency offers one queen bed. Kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Easy walk to bay and beautiful downtown St Pete. Guests may enjoy our pool however it is not heated so it will be cold during the winter/early spring. We will be happy to provide pool/beach towels if needed. If we're home and available, we are happy to shuttle you on our golf cart. Hope to see you soon! The space Studio/efficiency has queen sized bed. There is a living/kitchenette common area as well as a separate bathroom. Tropical backyard area with front deck to enjoy the nice evenings. You have access to our swimming pool however it is not heated and it will be cold during the winter/early spring. We will be happy to provide you with pool towels or any other needs. Off-street parking. We are only blocks away from the bay, the beautiful downtown area, and minutes from Florida's beautiful beaches. Tampa Bay and Busch Gardens are just across the Howard Franklin Bridge. We have another apartment right beside this one that sleeps two, so all total we can accommodate your party of 4 :) Guest access The apartment offers easy access. Since the studio is separate from our home, you are able to come and go as you please. We offer off street parking and you also have access to our swimming pool. Please note the pool is not heated and will be cold during the winter/early spring. There is also an outdoor shower/hose for rinsing off sand, etc... We are happy to provide pool towels if needed. We hope to be available to our guests at check-in however we can provide instructions for gaining access to the unit should we not be available.
