This is a completely renovated stone made Villa with private pool offering 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living room, 2 terraces and garden. Centrally located between 3 most important areas in Dubrovnik, Lapad, Gruz and Old Town, property represents great choice for travelers and visitors looking for a relaxing place to stay while discovering the city. The space The villa spreads on two floors which are connected via internal staircase. The ground floor offers an open plan kitchen with a dining table and living room area, a full bathroom with shower and one bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm) and private en-suite bathroom with a shower. From the living room there is a door that opens onto a terrace furnished with an outside dining table behind the villa. The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms with king size beds (180x200cm), two of them have private en-suite bathrooms with shower. All the bedrooms offer garden and pool view. The spacious front terrace offers a small garden with olive trees and bitter oranges. The area also offers a BBQ area with lounge seats, a sun deck and private swimming pool. In case you will be traveling by car, there is a nearby public garage 500 meters from the villa with the additional cost. Walking distance to Old Town is approximately 30 minutes. Lapad Snset beach and promenade with many lively cafes is about 15 minutes walking distance from the property. For those who like to stay active during their vacation, small fitness park by the sea is located just 50 meters from the house.  Villa Hedera IV sleeps 8 guests. Other things to note The pool is not heated so it will be closed from November 1st until March 31st. *The pool water quality is regularly checked and the pool is cleaned every three days by our technicians to ensure the water is always clear and safe for use. *In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.
