Situated in the middle of nature, between the edge of the forest and the Baltic Sea beach, it is a wonderful place to relax: from the balcony you can let your gaze wander over the beach and the waves and, with a bit of luck, even watch the sun rise over the sea. The lovingly landscaped small garden with its high-quality garden furniture invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors or sunbathe. There is another terrace in front of the house and you can also relax on the balcony. The house is modern and cosily furnished with high-quality furniture and offers plenty of space for four to five people. On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen and even a small guest bathroom. Equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, the kitchen offers all the comfort you could wish for during your holiday. Even if it is cold and wet outside, everyone will quickly warm up in front of the crackling fire in the Scandinavian stove in the living area! There are books and board games in the house to keep you entertained. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the upper floor. There is direct access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Electric shutters with fly screens have also been installed for your comfort. The Süssau beach is a long natural beach. Please note that most of the beach is also open to dogs. It is located in the "fair weather corner" of Ostholstein near the island of Fehmarn. For anglers, the Süssau beach offers a unique stretch of sea trout. And should the weather not play along, the surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and "Noah's Ark".
