Relaxation awaits you! Welcome to our secluded Mountain Chalet that borders Pike National Forest including views of Pikes Peak & Turkey Rock as a backdrop. Sitting on almost 2 acres, you can enjoy the tranquility w/ family & friends. Outdoor adventure awaits you as this chalet is in the heart of recreation. This Woodland Park cabin offers a relaxing getaway near hiking trails, over 500 mi. of ATV trails, Fishing & Hunting, rock climbing, Pike National Forest & other local attractions. The space Falcon Ridge Chalet is perfect for anytime of the year. All new stainless steel appliance and a dishwasher! Located just 30 minutes outside of historic Woodland Park, enjoy your morning coffee with common sightings of wildlife. Great for hiking, hunting, or if you love to ride your ATV (trails in the neighborhood) - right outside your door! During the evening, enjoy a glass of wine on the private deck under the stars. You will have the entire home (2 bedroom / 2 living) to yourself. It is in a perfect location providing seclusion and views and a gorgeous drive to all the perfect outdoor attractions. There is a binder in the home which gives you information on the cabin, TV instructions, as well as information about things to do and phone numbers for emergency situations. Please take a look through it! The elevation is 8500 feet. There is heat, no need for AC as the temperature is cool enough to open the windows and enjoy the cool morning air. We provide WiFi as there is no cell service at the cabin. Turn on WiFi calling to make calls! The roads to the property are maintained, however in the winter time we highly suggest a truck or SUV that is AWD to prevent running into any accessibility issues. There is 6 miles of gravel road to get to our secluded mountain getaway. Outdoor Living: Outdoor seating and outdoor table and chairs. Indoor Living: We have 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a king bed the other with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the downstairs living area. We have closets and dressers & night stands. In the family room upstairs we have Roku T.V., games / cards and a T.V. in the downstairs living room. Kitchen: Includes all the basic necessities. Refrigerator, range, toaster, coffee maker, blender, waffle maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Dining table that seats 6. All new stainless steel appliances! General: Complimentary toiletries to start you off, linens / towels, full size washer and dryer. There are straps on them (please leave them on) because of the wildlife in the area. Please message us if you have any problems getting them undone or back on.
