The space Our Sugar Cottage is a newer construction 950 square foot, 2 bedroom, legal basement apartment. Light and bright! Decorated in cozy modern cottage/farmhouse charm. Sleeps up to 8 registered guests comfortably. 1 queen bed, a set of bunk beds, pull out queen sofa bed. 2 twin airbeds and pack-n-play crib available on request. Fully equipped kitchen, with toaster, pots pans and dishes, full sized fridge & freezer, stove/oven, dishwasher, even a waffle maker! Enjoy your family down time during your get away with our games, books, and toy train set. 50 inch smart TV in the Living Room with Amazon Prime streaming included. Due to asthmatic allergies NO PETS are allowed (even hypoallergenic ones)! There will be a $250 fine if this rule is not followed. Utah County is AMAZING. We love it here, and know you will too. Skiing, BYU Sports, Art Museums, Hiking, Dining, Theater, Fishing, we have it all! But if you choose to explore from here we are less than an hour away from Salt Lake City, as well as some of the beautiful central Utah wilderness. A perfect hub to rest from all your adventures! We have all the necessities ready for you. Towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, and Iron. Our bathroom is situated so that one person can be using the shower/tub or toilet in privacy, while another is using the sink and vanity to get ready. A must for comfortable mornings! We also have 3 other full length mirrors for the convenience of our guests. Comfy couch and beds makes for great relaxation in the rest time of your vacation. We have a smart TV connected to all the local channels as well as Amazon Prime, or easily connect to your favorite subscriptions. Reliable WiFi makes this a great location for the business traveler, or to log your latest adventures on your social media accounts. The covered patio is available for guests to relax in and enjoy our beautiful area. This apartment is in the basement, but you will never know it by the amount of natural light that fills the space. Guest access This is for a separate apartment with a private entrance. The entrance is code locked and each guest is given a unique entry number, for security. All amenities are located in the apartment. The door at the end of the hall leads to our personal space, and is locked. We do have a large covered patio with picnic table. Other things to note This is a separate apartment. There is a locked door that defines your space from ours. You have your privacy and do not share indoor space.
