The space The beach house features street front parking and secure garage parking with laneway access. Ground floor has 1 king bedroom, lounge, dining, kitchen with adjoining laundry and small bathroom. Front courtyard and rear courtyard with bbq. Upper level had 2 king size bedrooms semi ensuite and separate toilet. Both rooms have balcony access. WIFI, smart TV, fans, aircon in lower bed and top story landing. Short stroll to café and convenience store. Close to local restaurants and The Cut golf club Guest access The villa is walking distance to all small conveniences, beach and surrounds. Parking is ample with front and rear parking. Trailer or boat parking is 50m away in public car park to rear of property. Transperth bus service walking distance. Other things to note Please note that there is stairs in this villa. We are pet friendly although would prefer that your pets are not left alone for long periods.
