There is a lovely sea view from the bay window of the living area and it is in a super position, just a few minutes' walk to the town, with it's harbour, golden, sandy beaches, bus and train station. The space There is level access to the communal entrance. The hallway leads to the: Living/Kitchen and Dining Area: The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washer/drier and microwave. The dining table seats up to four guests and the living area has comfy sofas, a Smart TV and a lovely sea view from the bay window. Bedroom 1: With a king-size bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. En suite Shower Room: With shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Bedroom 2: A versatile zip-and-link bed, presented as a king but can be made into twin beds on request (please advise on booking if you require the twin configuration), bedside tables and wardrobe. Bathroom: With shower over bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. OUTSIDE AND PARKING: There is secure garage parking for one car.
