CIVICO25 is located within the historic village of Villa Santa Lucia degli Abruzzi. It offers modern decor and convenient amenities included in the price, including a lovely little terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the silence of the mountain. Also included in the price is a large bike storage room located right under the apartment and protected by both the door and the gate and the walls that delimit the apartment area. In the main room you will find a well-equipped kitchenette with a four-burner stove, microwave, fridge with a small freezer, toaster, double bed (normal mattress 30cm), TV corner. A foldable single bed is available upon request. The large bathroom has a shower and washing machine. Complete supply of linen, bathroom essentials, basic cooking condiments and cleaning products. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property. For the little ones, a high chair and a foldable cot for children up to 3 years old are provided free of charge upon request. A bar/restaurant and a small food store are available 200m away. Other services are, however, a short distance from the village and at the time of booking we will provide a very convenient guide with directions on the area.
