Layout Ground Floor Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisted of the living room, indoor dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room features a decorative fireplace, Smart TV with Netflix, while offering stunning countryside views through the large glass doors and direct access to a spacious veranda. The veranda is equipped with an outdoor seating area and it enjoys amazing views of the surrounding area! A bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can also be set up as one double upon request can also be found on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower cabin and a washing machine.
