There’s a large open-plan living space and four bathrooms, parking for three cars, great river views and extensive outdoor areas – perfect for family meals and post-beach barbecues. Take a short stroll to the quay to enjoy the ambience of the Anchorstone Café or Ferry Boat Inn, go crabbing on the pontoon, or hop on a boat to explore the Dart Valley. The space From the driveway, the front door leads into a small porch with boot and coat hanging space then straight the large dual aspect open plan kitchen, with river views, granite work surfaces and plentiful modern kitchen units, two sinks, microwave, Miele integral under counter fridge, freezer and dishwasher and two oven units – one induction hob with oven and separate oven and grill and a second eye high extra-large oven and grill. Door from the kitchen leads out onto a balcony with river views, bistro table and chairs and stairs down to the garden. To the right of the kitchen is the large sitting room, with Smart TV with DVD player, open fire and triple aspect windows with river views. On the other side of the kitchen is the large dining room with an oak painted dining table and 8 chairs. Off the dining room there is a small snug/children’s playroom with TV and a cloakroom with toilet with wash basin. From the playroom a door leads to the double garage where the washing machine and ping pong table is housed. Downstairs from the kitchen there are the four bedrooms with oak flooring throughout. On the mid stair landing there is an additional cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. The very large master bedroom with super king size oak bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. As well as sofa bed (please let us know at the time of booking) and patio doors that access the garden. The third bedroom has a kingside bed with built in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin. The fourth bedroom is a twin bedroom with 2 3’ beds. Across the corridor is a family bathroom with bath and basin and a separate toilet with basin. Travel cot and highchair available Outside: The garden can be accessed from the kitchen via the oak balcony, from this balcony oak stairs lead down to a large gravelled entertaining area with a long wooden table and benches, Webber BBQ and fire pit. From this gravelled patio area stone steps lead down to a small children’s play area with living willow wigwam. The garden can also be accessed via the master and the third bedroom.
