Decorated in the eclectic bohemian spirit of San Francisco, the living space is filled with original artwork, vibrant colors and souvenirs from travel. The flat, with its easy-going creative vibe, could be the place you discover inspiration for your next project. The flat is clean, comfortable and filled with eclectic artistic touches to the delight of our guests. Please no shoes worn inside. The space We have a king Tuft and Needle bed in the bedroom with a door. The second bed, located in the living room parlor, is a queen bed. The tv has RokuTV and Netflix access. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven. Additional kitchen essentials include pots and pans, utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery and microwave. The flat is located in a mixed use live/work neighborhood, part residential and part small business and warehouses. To help you with your bearings: It’s walking distance to UCSF Mission Bay Women's and Children's Hospital, Chase Center, Adobe, Pinterest, Airbnb HQ, California College of the Arts and the Showplace Square/Design Center. The SF Muni bus lines #22, #19 and #10 and the Muni T line are close by. You are close to two CalTrain stations for easy access to Silicon Valley. Additionally, it is: - 25 minutes drive from San Francisco International Airport - 15 minute walk to Chase Center - 25 minute walk to Oracle Park Stadium - 5 minute walk to UCSF Medical Center Situated between the 280 and 101 freeways, which makes it an ideal location for travel south to the Peninsula, or if you have to go the East Bay via 80 freeway. We live within the Residential Unit and during your stay as a guest, you will be sharing our Residential Unit at the same time. Guest access The flat is equipped with secure Wi-Fi, linens, sheets, towels, cozy blankets and warm down comforters. There's a coffee maker in the kitchen for you, but if you're feeling spirited in the morning, there's a coffee shop a half a block away or it's a 3-minute walk up the hill to a neighborhood coffee shop. A stretch of local restaurants begins a block away, including casual French, pizza, Vietnamese, sushi, Mexican, Peruvian, sandwiches, brunch and even a French-themed organic grocery. No chain restaurants in this neighborhood! A neighborhood mail center is walking distance for your UPS and FedEx package drop-offs, or to buy and mail some San Francisco souvenirs or postcards. Other things to note Parking in our neighborhood is free (no parking meters), however, there are parking time limits from two to four hours during the day. In other words, you will need to move your car several times a day to avoid a ticket. We always recommend using a taxi, Lyft or Uber rather than renting a car during your stay. We use a Ring video doorbell to record our front door entrance. We do not have - never had - interior video or audio recording devices. Registration Details STR-0006550
