Apartment-Haydn (120 sqm) with two bedrooms The space Our spacious child-friendly apartment 'HAYDN' with its own entrance is located on the 1st floor of our rustic Bayerwald house and can accommodate up to 5 people on about 120 square meters of living space. Our house also features a large seminar room in the basement for classes and events and is equipped with beamer, music system and massage lounger. The non-smoking apartment has a spacious living area with open kitchen in the living area and access to the panoramic balcony with table and seating. Technical equipment includes a flat-screen satellite TV (with Netflix) and internet radio. The well-equipped, modern kitchen offers a large refrigerator with a large freezer and ice cube dispenser,a dishwasher and an induction stove as well as an oven. Microwave, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, hand mixer and a filter coffee machine with 2 thermos cans are also available. A large bedroom with 1 double bed and 3 single beds, a second bedroom with double bed and each spacious wardrobe and a children's room with cot and high chair are available. The modern bathroom offers every comfort: bath, shower and two sinks. Plenty of hair dryers and mirrors are present. You will find plenty of parking space by the house. A garage is available for your bikes as a parking space. A bread roll service is available from Mon - Sat. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Partys are not allowed. Other things to note Pets are allowed upon request. Only one pet is allowed. Pet extra charge: 10€ night
