The villa is an old shop that was built in 1908. It has been renovated and designed by the famous designer Marie Olsson Nylander, from Husdrömmar. On the third floor, there is a fantastic view of Kattegatt and Kullaberg. Here you can enjoy the view inside or outside on a smaller balcony. The garden is paved and protects from winds, keeps track of children and contributes to privacy. There is a trampoline, play house for the children while the adults relax on the large terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The space The villa is an old shop that was built in 1908. Over the past three years, it has been completely renovated by the famous designer Marie Olsson Nylander. Her design goes through the whole house with doors from India to old cabinets from around the world. The house also has an apartment (bedroom 5) with its own entrance next to the main entrance. The apartment has a private bathroom and kitchen. The first floor contains bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and a large beautiful bathroom. The second floor contains a large kitchen, living room, toilet and exits to the large balcony with both morning and evening sun. On the third floor (bedroom 4) there is a fantastic view of Öresund, Kattegatt and Kullaberg. Here you can enjoy the view both inside or outside on a smaller balcony. If you want to spend time indoors, it's also the place to watch a movie or light a fire. The garden is well protected from winds and great to spend time in. It is planked, which keeps track of the children but also for privacy.
