Rozelle Markets and King Street Newtown shopping precinct The space Ascend a short flight of stairs and you’ll arrive at this renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in charming Annandale. With polished floorboards throughout, the apartment has an open plan kitchen/dining/living area featuring stylish black ‘subway’ kitchen tile work, stone kitchen bench tops, an island bench with microwave oven and Bosch appliances, including a 3 burner induction cooktop, under-bench oven and dishwasher. The dining table seats 4 people and flows through to the living area which offers wall-mounted reverse-cycle aircon, a ‘Smart TV’, occasional chair and ‘click clack ‘ sofa which can be converted into a double bed, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the unit to 6 people if needed. Large glass stacker doors take you from the living area to an outdoor deck where you’ll find another 4 person alfresco dining setting protected by a glass safety fence. From there, it’s a few steps down to a private, paved courtyard with gas barbecue and retractable clothes line. Both bedrooms have queen beds, with one bedroom offering loads of wardrobe space for extended stays. The bathroom has more black subway tiling, echoing the kitchen design, as well as floor-to-ceiling white tiles and a roomy shower recess with a frameless glass screen. There’s also a European-style laundry with an Electrolux washing machine and dryer combined, and the same stylish black subway tiling. The apartment comes with portable heaters for use in the apartment. Other things to note * Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. * An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site. * A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month.
