Owners live on the property. Our permit # is 000873. We have passed all Fire and Safety inspections and welcome you to enjoy a safe and enjoyable stay. Enjoy an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, and living space sharing a wood burning fireplace. Treat cold winter toes to radiant heated floors. Leave travel speakers behind and enjoy your favorite playlist on our stereo system. A separate media room with big screen cable TV and surround sound is perfect for movie night with popcorn. There is a separate basement apartment for owners with separate entry and complete separation of sound and space. The top two floors and main living space is for your sole use during your stay. North Road Base Camp is perfect for snowy winter recreation or summer time fun get-away. For those who enjoy breaking bread together, the open kitchen with gas range features a large custom built wooden bar with lots of space for entertaining. The large deck off the kitchen is perfect for BBQ and summer twilight meals. The property is one acre with a large back lawn for yard games. A full size volleyball court will fit within the lawn space for sizing reference. We live on the premises. We always try and greet you when you arrive and are available for any questions or concerns you may have, but leave you to enjoy your time uninterrupted. Skiing, sledding, hiking, swimming, kayaking and biking, are just a few of the things we love to do here. Our home sits above the Bavarian themed town of Leavenworth with the 6,000 foot Icicle Ridge as our backdrop. Come and visit Leavenworth during one of the many festival celebrations or just come for a well deserved get-away. Sit and enjoy the view or head into town for shopping or a bite to eat at one of the growing number of restaurants we enjoy. We are located 1 mile from the Amtrak depot. There is taxi and ride service available from Leavenworth. Three large deck's face the mountain view. One is a private deck off the master bedroom. The spacious deck off the kitchen has a BBQ and table and chairs to accommodate your family or group. Covered carport parking space and room for extra vehicles.
