This hand crafted, custom built Tiny house nestled between two large ponderosa pines offers space and a peaceful getaway from the busy world; starry nights, clean air, quiet forest, fresh spring water. It has all the comforts of home: comfortable leather loveseat recliner in the living room area, fully equipped kitchen, on demand hot water for showering and Pure Flow 14inch plush gel memory foam gel tight top queen mattress with all cotton blanket and bedding plus a Sealy goose down comforter in an all cotton duvet for those chilly winter nights. Propane heater in the living space, keeps you toasty warm on cold winter nights. And we have a snowplow to keep our road accessible during snowy times. At 6700 feet elevation the canyon stays cool in the summer evenings, we are shaded by 3 pm, no need for air conditioning. Also battery operated Ryobi fans to circulate the cool air.. Deck off of the tiny house with lounge chairs perfect for star gazing or relaxing in the forest. Did we mention we're Off the grid? Yup. since 1996, Campbell Canyon has its own water system, fresh spring water and our solar system provides all your power needs. We even have a hydro electric system. After the sun sets, we are on battery or generator powers, we ask you to be conscious of your energy demands. We were OFF the GRID before it was popular, we love it. Campbell canyon is in the AT&T corridor for service, WiFi is available, it works best if outside or near the barn home. Private canyon with walking trail. Adobe pizza oven fire pit access. Propane BBQ grill. Chairs by the pond. Friendly Golden Retrievers to love. Local grocery & hardware store is 12 miles south. Owners of the canyon live in the main barn house located just below the tiny house along with their golden retrievers, Moana, and Maui! and sweet Merrily, 11 months old. Available for interaction if desired. Some of the best experiences in life are off a dirt road, we're just 1 mile off the main highway on old highway 89/KOA drive. It's quiet, relaxing and an escape! We're near the Bryce Zion Kampground. To get around in Southern Utah you'll need your own vehicle, 4 wheel drive not required to access campbell canyon. Even in the winter our road is plowed, car access! French Press to make Coffee & a coffee percolator & tea kettle in the kitchen, coffee provided. Ultra plush 100% cotton bath towels/hand towels/wash cloths...luxurious! And we provide bodywash, shampoo and conditioner.
