La Petite Maison Bleue is a contemporary bright Gite and is furnished and decorated to a high standard. It enjoys exclusive use of the 8m x 4m heated pool in the months June to September, making this a lovely holiday destination. The grounds are approached via blue iron gates onto a large gravel driveway with parking within the grounds. The whole area is fenced and gated, making it safe for children to play. The space Located in the Village of Noize, close to Oiron in Deux Sevres - Nouvelle Aquitaine. This is a lovely 2-bedroom Gite, which is nicely furnished and set in gardens with a 8m x 4m heated Swimming Pool, available in summer months only. Outside, you will find an abundance a large lawn next to the heated Swimming Pool with its surround for sunbathing and relaxing. The owners' Charentaise House is adjacent to the Gite. It may occasionally be occupied by the owners but the pool will be entirely for guest use and privacy respected. The heated swimming pool area has lighting for night-time use. A great area to eat 'Al Fresco' on those long summer evenings. There is a BBQ and patio area for your use only. You will be met on arrival by the owners or their agent, who will handover the keys and introduce you to the property. Other things to note We bought the house in a derelict state and after many years of work we have created the house and gite you see today. We found the area when caravanning and through friends. After 25 years, we still love the area and find more and more of interest every time. It has a totally private garden and is very quiet all the time. It is well located for the Loire Valley and the Chateaux, Puy du Fou theme park is one hour away as is Futuroscope near Poitiers. There is an excellent zoo 40 minutes away. Lots to do and see.
