My place is near Oregon State University, Osborne Aquatic Center, HP, Good Samaritan Hospital, public transportation, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and is located in Central Corvallis. You’ll love it because it's a clean and contemporary fully furnished home. Large fenced backyard with basketball court and hot tub, game room and comfy beds. The neighborhood is quiet and quiet hours are strictly enforced. No noise or lights allowed outside of the house between 10 pm and 7 am. The space The home is able to accommodate groups of 10 or more, with multiple seating areas, and outdoor spaces. Guest access The garage is reserved for owner use, but the rest of the house and yard are available. Other things to note The city of Corvallis has strict quiet hours that will be enforced at 10pm. If we receive complaints from neighbors past 10pm there will be a fine of ($375). The city will fine us and this is covering our cost. NO Basketball past 10pm NO loud music past 10pm NO hot tub TV past 10pm When using the hot tub at night again please respect our neighbors and speak in low voices past 10pm with the hot tub jets on voices can be very loud when trying to speak over them. If the police have been called out the fine will be ($500.00)
