Quiet apartment, bright and clean

The quiet flat is close to the underground station (10min walk or one bus station). Form there it is 15 min. to the city center. The apartment is close to Max Planck Institute and the biotech campus Martinsried. All shops for your daily goods are quite close. Due to legal issues in Munich, I am looking for a host staying 6 month or more. In return, I will provide all signatures for the documents needed to legally register in Munich. The space Welcome to my apartment! I am offering you a cozy, quiet and clean apartment not far from the Fürstenried West subway station. From there it takes 15 minutes to get to the city center. The apartment is bright, has modern furnishings and is in a quiet location. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 people. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a large balcony for cozy stays with pleasant sunsets in the summer. If you want, you can be in the countryside in just a few steps, and the surrounding lake district (Starnberger See, Ammersee, Wörthsee, Pilsensee - all within 30 minutes by car) offers unexpected recreational opportunities. For post-docs and guest scientists: The University Hospital Großhadern is just 5 bus stops away, and the Max Planck Research Center/Biotech Campus Martinsried is also nearby. The subway goes directly to the university. Furnishings: built-in closet, high-quality bed 140x200, mirror, 42'' flatscreen, cable TV, WLAN, internet flat rate, folding table (up to 152 x 80), 2 chairs, kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine, dishes, pots and everything else you need. The bathroom has a nice shower and offers everything you need. It has 2 sets of towels and bed linen as well as a bathrobe. Everything, like the entire accommodation, is professionally cleaned and ready for you on arrival (cleanliness is very important to me). There is no private parking space, but there are plenty of parking spaces on the street, as there are no parking license areas, as is usually the case in Munich. It is well furnished, the full-size bed (140x200) is also suitable for 2 people and is comfortable for sleeping for longer stays. The apartment now has a bed (140x200) instead of the sofa bed.
