Originally built in the 1870s, extended in the 1890s and updated with a California Bungalow restyle in the 1920s, the house has been recently redecorated and now has modern amenities including heatpump ducted central heating. Relax on the porch and enjoy the harbour views through the pohutakawa trees, or in the privacy of the garden terrace. Walk over the road to the beach and rockpools. Wellington Airport is 5 minutes drive away as are a supermarket as well as cafes and restaurants. Fully equipped bach style kitchen. Broadband WiFi and internet/Freeview television. Bathroom with cast iron bathtub for relaxing in and separate shower. A 3 night minimum stay applies. No smoking allowed in the house or on the property. No pets allowed (sorry!)
