The well-equipment all stainless kitchen with quality appliances is a joy to cook in and laundry facilities are provided. We also have a dishwasher for those who have better things to do than wash up! And a BBQ to enjoy cooking on your private deck over the water. There is 1 only undercover car space and a public carpark to park boat trailers and extra vehicles etc. This property is also a well-behaved ONLY Pet friendly place. 🐶 NO ANIMALS ARE TO BE ON THE CARPET AREAS OR LOUNGES, IF YOUR ANIMAL DOES DIRTY THESE AREAS, YOU WILL BE CHARGE EXTRA CLEANING COSTS!! The property is fenced off but there is no lawn, but there is a beautiful park and walking path straight in front of the property where your animal can be taken. All we ask is that you clean up after your pet. THIS PROPERTY IS A NO PARTY PROPERTY AND EXTRAS CHARGE WILL APPLY FOR ANY EXTRA CLEAN UPS THAT NEED TO BE DONE, AND THERE IS A NO RETURN STAY POLICY.
