Cozy house close to the beach

cozy house located at 10 minutes drive to lantana beach,walking distance to Windixie,resraurants,K mart,dunkin donuts 2 bedrooms availavle for use and 1 shared bathroom,a small table for breakfast in the kitchen area ,coffe and coffe maker available,toaster and blender if you wish to make your own meals, Guest access Guest can use 2 bedrooms,1 has a queen size bed and the otger one has a full size bed,the couch in tge living room could acomodate a person ,but please do not use the decorative pillows as sleeping pillows(there are extra pillows if needed), Kitchen with basic silverware and cooking utensils are avilable to make your own meals if desired,Windixie and Kmart are at a 10 minute walk to buy groceries, You can watch movies grom Netflix and Amazon prime video in tge living room,there is a home theater system connected to the tv for a movie dat/nigth,y can use the formal dinni g room if you wish,but for quick meals you can use the breakfast nook by tge kitchen with 3 chairs,please do not drink the liquors from the mini bar since that is for my personal use.bathroom is ofcourse acccesible ,there is a third room wich is not accessible ,please do not open that room Other things to note We have Netflix and Amazon prime video available for movie days,also amazon Alexa is in the house if you need to set alarms,listen to music (you can ask Alexa to play your favourite music while in the shower) Part of the house is smart,you can turn on and off ligths with your voice ,also the tv ,video surveillance in the perimeter of the house installed and motion sensor lights at nigths for peace of mind and viewable on the Tv. no smoking in the house please,only outside on the backyard smoking area and please cigarret butts to the trash Because is a quiet family neighborhhod No parties or loud music . No parking on the grass by city ordinances (will get a fine if parked on grass)
