Less than 1 hour from Vancouver, B.C. and less than 15 minutes from U.S.A. border. Vancouver airport 1 hour away. Bellingham WA, U.S.A. airport 40 minutes away. The neighborhood is established. Nice, friendly people tend to stay here a long time. It is just that kind of place to be. The area has plenty of beauty, with many lovely, mature trees and a lake just a 5 minute walk away. This area is so convenient, only minutes to everything we need - like public transit, shopping, recreation, entertainment, restaurants, medical facilities, schools, university, banks, salons and other businesses. Convenience of proximity: 5-12 walk to Seven Oaks Mall, Mill Lake, city parks and Abbotsford Regional Hospital. 1/2 block from city bus system. 3 km (6 min drive) or city bus to University of Fraser Valley. The following Campus of Care facilities are close-by: Abbotsford Regional Hospital & Cancer Center/Adult Hospice/Canuck Childrens’ Place/Matthew’s House (4 min drive; 12 min walk). Here is what you can expect: Pots & pans, set of dishes, mugs, wine glasses and cutlery, cooking utensils, slow cooker, rice cooker, coffee maker, french press, toaster, microwave, stove & oven, large fridge/freezer, paper products. Supplied are complete bed linens, towels, bath robes, bathroom scales, blow dryer, sample size tooth paste, soap & shampoo, toilet tissue, kleenex. kitchen towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Basic cooking staples like flour, sugar and spices on request. A few breakfast basics like milk, eggs, bread & butter, coffee & tea and paper products should get you by for 2 to 3 days. Other things to note 6 night minimum stay. If low booking season, we may offer shorter minimum stays. Please request. Booking rate is for one guest in queen bed unless one couple sharing. Hosts have small non-shedding dog that has no contact with the suite. Suite Shalom is entirely separate, including venting/heating. Security cameras are active on entrances to the property, recording who comes and goes. No camera activity whatsoever within the suite. Renter of the suite to be 25 years or older. Guests should expect to show individual id and plate number of vehicle/s parked on the property. Gates to be kept closed at all times. Strict adherence to NO SMOKING of any type, including vape cigarettes in suite or on premises and property. No exceptions regarding smoking. No illegal drug use. No excessive alcohol use on property. No partying or excessive noise from vehicles, on this property For the safety and protection of guests and hosts, unregistered guests without prior clearance, are not permitted on the property or within suite.
